Auction management tools that charge flat fees have no incentive to develop better auction tools. Flat fee pricing provides no incentive to help you sell more products. An auction management tool with a flat rate per month could very easily end up costing you significantly more per item when you factor the additional labor you will have to pay not to mention your lost sales. The bottom line is that flat fee auction management sites are extremely misleading and provide no incentive for the auction management company to want to increase your sales.

STANDARD AUCTION MANAGEMENT PACKAGE

Your two-week trial begins at the time your first auction ends.
What you pay:
- 1.95% of the Gross Merchandise Sales with a minimum fee of 15¢ and a maximum fee of
$1.25 per successful transaction. In addition, a 2¢ eBay API fee will be charged to
each sold item.
How this is factored:
- There are no charges for items that do not sell.
- 1.95% of your Gross Merchandise Sales (Quantity x Price), with a minimum fee of 15¢
and a maximum fee of $1.25 per transaction. A transaction is defined as a unique eBay
item number sold to a unique winners email address/userid.
Fee examples:
- If you sell an item for $7.69 or less you pay the minimum fee of $.15
- If you sell an item for $25 you pay AuctionHelper (1.95% x $25) = $.49
- If you sell an item for $64.14 or more you pay the maximum cap = $1.25
- AuctionHelper fees for items that are issued an eBay Final Value Fee credit
via our web site, due to your winner not paying you, will be credited back on the
following months bill. If you don't get paid then neither do we!
- The minimum monthly fee is $10 per month.
- Sellers whose total monthly transaction fees do not meet or exceed the minimum
monthly service charge will be billed a maximum monthly charge of $10.00. No
transaction charges will be billed, just the $10 minimum.
- A 2¢ eBay API fee will be added to your bill for every item sold. eBay charges API
tools to access their site. Unlike other third-party tools who have simply raised
their fees, AuctionHelper has chosen to add this cost to the monthly bill. If eBay
ever stops charging third party tools to use their API system, we will no longer
pass this eBay fee onto the sellers.
